The Inspector Cluzo

The two Gascon farmers of THE INSPECTOR CLUZO released their 10th LP, "LESS IS MORE", in June 2025 on their own label, as they have done since the start of their career 20 years ago. The album was produced by their mentor, VANCE POWELL (Jack White, The Raconteurs, Chris Stapleton), in Nashville, recorded live in 4 days and mixed in 3. It was voted the 5th best LP of 2025 by ROLLING STONE (and the best French album). The prestigious English magazine CLASSIC ROCK UK MAGAZINE also ranked it among the best rock albums of 2025! Their work develops themes dear to the naturalist ecologist H.D. Thoreau and Post-Growth.

In summer 2025 they opened for NEIL YOUNG in Europe in July, and for their friends CLUTCH in the USA across the deep Midwest, where they were warmly received. They will return there in September-October 2026 for a 40-date tour across the far reaches of the USA and Canada.

Still self-produced by choice and refusing any label or booking agency signings, the group continues to apply, on the farm as much as in music, a "Post-growth" economy, both local and global, which they believe is better suited, in their view, to climate change in particular.

Live, with more than 1,300 dates in 67 countries, they are one of the French groups that tour the most internationally, and have done so for 20 years, thanks to volcanic performances played by four hands, without backing tracks, entirely live, which have built their reputation across the four corners of the planet.
