Jojo Bernard

After a successful national tour with « Sa M’Sul Tro!!  », comedian Jojo Bernard returns to the stage in a new one-man show on the theme of travel.

With his broken English and having never flown before, our little guy from the North set off to find inspiration by going to « find the biggest rednecks on the planet  » during a journey through dangerous Australia and its surroundings.

From his departure from his native North to his readjustment to French life, Jojo Bernard tells us about his hilarious journey in a format that's half sketch, half stand-up, still as absurd but with a new maturity that reminds us that, ultimately, we are always someone else's redneck… The adventure of café-théâtre began in 1975 with La Veuve Pichard, created by Martin Lamotte, Anémone, Gérard Lanvin… before being taken over and renamed Le Point Virgule by Christian Varini and Marie Caroline Burnat.

In 2005, Jean Marc Dumontet took over the management. A stage that has become essential, revealing numerous talents who are now major figures in the comedy scene. A place that artists don't forget, it's the memory of their beginnings, almost like a first love.

Over time, Le Point Virgule has become a brand throughout France thanks to all the artists and the ever-growing audience.

For this year, which marks its history, the smallest of Paris's great venues offers you 5 months of crazy programming from 1 May to 30 September 2025 with artists from all generations who have marked its history and the growing new generation!

We wanted to celebrate this anniversary with the public, so we are launching a call for video or audio testimonials « You came to Le Point Virgule! In what year? Which artist did you see? Tell us your memory in a few seconds  ».
