La Salida / Rubén Molina

'La Salida' Rubén MolinaWork for 5 dancers, 1 singer and 1 musicianRubén Molina, a leading choreographer and dancer on the contemporary flamenco scene, presents his new show, 'La Salida', on the stage of the Radiant-Bellevue.

Following the success of 'Nuit flamenco acte II' and 'Matame', Rubén Molina continues to explore the different facets of this ancient art.

In 'La Salida' - a work for five dancers, a singer and a musician - he blends dance, voice, live music and theatre to reinvent the codes of flamenco.

The artists engage in dialogue with contemporary dance and Spanish classical dance in order to create a universal language that goes beyond words and allows them to embody all of humanity.

Dance is the means of expression used to depict pain, anger and sadness, but also resilience and strength. It is a cathartic work in which every movement carries a story.

'La Salida' symbolises the opening towards new experiences, an escape experienced as a journey that allows Rubén Molina to give a voice to minorities who are made invisible.
