Lisa and her husband Quenu lead a peaceful life with their little daughter Pauline, at the heart of their thriving charcuterie, which wins everyone over in the Halles neighbourhood. But everything changes with the unexpected return of Florent, Quenu's brother, after eight years spent in penal servitude. This return shakes the balance of the family. While Quenu lets himself be seduced by his brother's revolutionary ideas, Lisa devises a subtle plan to bring her husband back to reason and to stop Florent from jeopardising the family's harmony.
