Margaux Amoros : Underdog

Margaux Amoros presents "Underdog" at Théâtre L'étoile du nord, a choreographic creation that explores resilience and inner strength.

"Underdog" by Margaux Amoros is a contemporary dance piece that highlights the figure of the outsider, the one who, despite the odds, finds the strength to get back up and fight. The choreography aims to translate into movement the challenges, doubts, and victories of these often underestimated characters, offering a reflection on perseverance and the ability to push one's own limits.

On stage, the physical performance of the dancers is at the heart of the show, with expressive and sometimes acrobatic gestures that illustrate tensions and releases. The staging favours an intimate atmosphere, allowing the audience to connect with the emotions conveyed by the dancers. Théâtre L'étoile du nord, known for its commitment to contemporary creation, provides an ideal setting for this artistic exploration.

This proposal is aimed at an audience sensitive to contemporary dance and stories of self-transcendence. The atmosphere of the venue, conducive to discovery, invites an immersive experience where the body becomes the vehicle for a universal message of hope and resilience.
