Maustetytöt

The music of Maustetytöt is an irresistible blend of catchy melodies and hyper-realistic lyrics that listeners can truly relate to.

Their debut single, « Tein kai lottorivini väärin  », released in early 2019, quickly became a modern classic, amassing more than 10 million streams and establishing the duo as a fresh and captivating voice on the Finnish music scene.

Since that first single, Maustetytöt have released four studio albums, all of which have regularly topped the best-seller charts in Finland.

Numerous awards, gold and platinum records, and hundreds of sold-out concerts have further cemented their status as one of the most beloved and popular groups in the country.

The duo also gained international recognition through their collaboration with the acclaimed director Aki Kaurismäki on his film *Fallen Leaves*, a partnership that introduced their music to a much wider audience well beyond Finland.

Since 2023, Maustetytöt have toured extensively across Europe, performing in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Estonia.

Their growing international profile has been reflected in coverage by major global media outlets, including The New York Times, The Guardian, Vogue and Rolling Stone.

In March 2026, Maustetytöt released their fourth studio album and continue to tour both in Finland and abroad, with upcoming concerts in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria and across Scandinavia.

Yet the most compelling entry point into the world of Maustetytöt is arguably their offbeat, quirky music videos, which perfectly capture the group's unique aesthetic and dark sense of humour.
