Merci

Merci, au Suivant! or the last-chance "Speed Dating". A comedy without any idio... promised! The very first Stand-Up Comedy! By the author of the hit show "Ce Soir ou Jamais".

Pitch:

Elsa, a single thirty-something, is crumbling under pressure. The pressure from her mother, who dreams of grandchildren, and from her best friend, who insists on fixing her up with the first guy she meets, even though she is single herself. But in reality, Elsa just wants to eat sushi in peace while watching a good TV series. At a time when everything moves very fast, and deeply disappointed by dating apps, she signs up for a "Speed Dating" event that turns out to be more eventful than expected. Between an obnoxious trader, a "sacred masculinity" guru and a man convinced he was her husband in a past life, Elsa goes through a series of encounters as wacky as they are unexpected. And through these wild exchanges, burning questions take center stage, the most important being:

• Is it really possible for two people to sleep in a 4ft6 double bed?
• Can you survive putting together an IKEA flat-pack furniture unit together on a Sunday evening?

"Merci, au Suivant!", a hilarious, modern and biting comedy, written by the author of the hit show "Ce soir ou jamais", in which the author offers you a tasty blend of comedy, café-théâtre, stand-up, and improvisation.
