A body appears on the moor, propped up like a scarecrow with this slogan at its feet: L'ABATTOIR M'A TUER.
Other bodies will follow… A carnivalesque crime story and black farce, Morbec asserts a cartoonish stage language inspired by contemporary mime, in which the graphic precision of the bodies, the burlesque of the situations and a taste for rupture meet the dark climates of the cinematic crime film.
We invite you to follow the creative process of this show through several stages of work, to come and discover the first part of this investigation, and then to take part in an exchange with the company before the full creation next season. Text by Dorothée Malfoy-Noël.
