Night Lovell

Night Lovell is known for his deep voice and his spellbinding, atmospheric productions, blending darkness and artistic vision to forge a unique sonic identity.

From Ottawa, he was influenced early on by local musicians, notably his father — whose middle name, Lovell, inspired his stage name. The word "Night" reflects his fondness for long nights spent making music.

Although he grew up surrounded by music and played drums, his artistic journey began at 17, when he started making beats before turning to rapping over his own productions.

As he evolved, he realised he wanted to go beyond production and get on stage to build a more direct connection with the audience. This evolution led to his first project, Concept Vague, which included the gold-certified single "Dark Light".

Since then, Night Lovell has established himself as one of the leading figures of underground hip-hop, with more than a billion streams and international tours.

His music blends rap, alternative music and cinematic soundscapes, and is characterised by spellbinding production, a powerful voice and introspective lyrics.

With *My Blood As The Ink*, Night Lovell begins a new chapter marked by artistic evolution, emotional depth and uncompromising self-expression.
