Falling Apart Together 18 attempts to abolish distance A live experience by Ólafur Arnalds The award-winning artist, composer and producer Ólafur Arnalds returns with his most daring and ambitious project to date.

Falling Apart Together is an attempt to abolish the distance that separates us. A hybrid concert that reveals the layers we build to feel safe, the moments when those layers tremble, and the sense of intimacy and shared humanity that emerges when we allow ourselves to be exposed.

With his dedicated team of craftspeople and musicians, Ólafur presents a captivating blend of old and new material in a show that pushes the boundaries of what a concert can be.

Following his internationally acclaimed tours that followed “re:member” and “some kind of peace” — which sold out iconic venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Elbphilharmonie, the Sydney Opera House and the Walt Disney Concert Hall — in front of hundreds of thousands of fans around the world — Ólafur returns with his most intimate and daring work to date.

Falling Apart Together explores what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to reveal just enough of ourselves to open up collectively.
