Role Model (Tucker Pillsbury) first gained attention with his debut album Rx, released in 2022, a confessional pop album with multiple influences that established him as one of the most promising new voices on the alternative scene.
With his second album, Kansas Anymore, Role Model asserts his evolution as a songwriter and performer through 13 tracks with folk accents and particularly crafted lyrics.
Alongside Noah Conrad, Ian Fitchuk, Scott Harris and Jonah Shy, he gave birth to several striking pieces, including the viral success "Sally, When The Wine Runs Out", which he performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
He also performed on Saturday Night Live, where he performed this title accompanied by surprise guest Charli XCX, before playing "Some Protector".
In the continuation of the success of his No Place Like Tour, which sold over 90,000 tickets worldwide, he unveiled a deluxe edition of the album, Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye), enriched with four new tracks that expand the emotional and sonic universe of the original project.
Beyond music, Tucker Pillsbury is also making his early foray into cinema with a role in Good Sex, the upcoming film by Lena Dunham, in which he shares the cast with Natalie Portman and Mark Ruffalo.
