Overview
Founding group of French rap, Sniper was formed in 1997 in the Val-d’Oise, around Aketo, Tunisiano, Blacko and DJ Boudj.
They very quickly made their mark on the music scene, blending political commitment and social critique, with three albums that became cult classics: "Du rire aux larmes" (2001), "Gravé dans la roche" (2003) and "Trait pour trait" (2006).
After Blacko's first departure, Aketo and Tunisiano went on to release the album "À toute épreuve" (2011) as a duo, before reuniting with their bandmate for a final joint record, "Personnalité Suspecte" (2018).
Now officially a duo again, Aketo and Tunisiano are announcing their return to the stage for a concert tour. A deliberate return to their roots, driven by the desire to revive the iconic classics.
It is also an opportunity to introduce new tracks, as well as a more mature universe, centred on respect, authenticity and energy.
