Sous le Sapin d’Après l'Univers de Casse-Noisette

Sous le sapin, based on the world of Casse-noisette. On Christmas Eve, around 11.30pm, two toys, a Casse-Noisette soldier and a pretty doll, wait for the twelve strokes of midnight under the tree.

While the guests dine, the two characters mysteriously begin to come to life. They will meet, simper and flirt, and even venture into the mouse hole. They will eventually declare their love just before midnight.

Blending dance and mime, accompanied by the music of Casse-Noisette, the two characters will give you a delightful Christmas moment.

Internationally renowned artists, Los Guardiola plunge you into the fantastical world of their ‘Sous le sapin’, where comedy, poetry and magic rub shoulders.

With: Giorgia Marchiori, Marcelo Guardiola. Author and Director: Michel Laliberté ‘Los Guardiola deliver an exquisite adaptation of Casse-Noisette after Tchaïkovski, at the Théâtre de l’Essaïon, for both the youngest and the grown-ups. Michel Laliberté's beautiful staging, with its warm, shifting lights, conjures the magic of a secret, mysterious night. Marcelo Guardiola is magnificent in his wooden soldier's costume, and Giorgia Marchiori radiates diaphanous grace, all in tulle tutu.’ France InfoTV
