Overview
Australian metalcore outfit The Amity Affliction take to the stage at L'Élysée Montmartre for an intense and hard-hitting concert.
Hailing from Gympie in Queensland, The Amity Affliction has been a fixture in the metalcore and post-hardcore landscape since 2003. Signed to Roadrunner Records, the band first caught the public's attention with their debut studio album, Severed Ties, released in 2008. Over the years, the group has carved out a distinct sonic identity defined by melodic structures, a dynamic mix of clean and harsh vocals, and deeply introspective, personal lyrics.
Live on stage, The Amity Affliction unleash a raw energy driven by cutting guitars and a powerful rhythm section, true to the international touring standards of the genre. Their set draws from a rich catalog of albums that have shaped their discography over the years. This Paris date is tailored for fans of heavy music who are well-versed in pit dynamics and metalcore lineups.
L'Élysée Montmartre, located on Boulevard Rochechouart in the 18th arrondissement, plays host to this evening. This historic venue offers a layout perfectly suited for rock and metal gigs, allowing the audience to experience the show right up close to the stage.
