The Mobb is calling vol2 · Battle

After a first, SOLD-OUT edition that brought together dancers and enthusiasts, The Mobb is Calling returns for a second edition.

To mark La Place's 10th anniversary, the UNITS collective has been invited to take the reins for a new carte blanche event, conceived as a highlight of encounter, sharing and collective energy.

On the programme: jams, freestyle, shows and battles, in a format that leaves as much room for performance as for exchange.

Whether you're coming to dance, to support the participants, or simply to discover new worlds, The Mobb is Calling is, above all, a moment where styles cross paths, generations meet, and everyone can find their place.

More than just an event, The Mobb is Calling is a space for expression and passing things on. A chance to spotlight the hip-hop community, celebrate its performers, and keep alive a culture built on collectivity, respect and the sheer joy of dancing.

Whether you're an experienced dancer, an amateur, or simply curious, take the call. About Units: UNITS is a collective of seven artists, dancers, performers and choreographers from the underground hip-hop scene.

Brought together by a shared passion for dance and hip-hop culture, they are now among the leading figures on the French and international scene.

Born from a desire to make women's journeys visible in a world still largely dominated by men, the collective champions a committed approach to creation, in which performance becomes a space for representation, transmission and dialogue.

Through their projects, its members help shift perceptions of women's place in hip-hop culture and celebrate the many different paths that make it up. " Join us on Sunday 11 October at La Place!
