Overview
Thierry Fanfant has music in his blood. Born into a family of musicians going back several generations, he picked up a bass at the age of 12, took to the stage as a self-taught musician… and has never stopped since. Tours across the four corners of the world, thousands of albums recorded, and still the same generous groove that sets him vibrating.
With his fifth album, 6.4, Thierry takes us straight back to his roots. Between Caribbean rhythms, travel, encounters and life experiences, he crafts music full of depth, energy and hope. And the nod is clear: he alternates between 6-string guitar, bass and 4-string double bass to tell his story.
With his musicians, they unleash a powerful, warm sound that grabs the audience from the very first note and never lets go.
