Concert du Nouvel An - Victor Julien-Laferrière & l'Orchestre Consuelo

All eyes turn to Vienna for the traditional New Year's Concert. But at Gaveau, it is a French orchestra that brings the sparkling waltzes, overtures and other Austrian polkas to life. After two gems from the repertoire of the First Viennese School, the young yet already indispensable Orchestre Consuelo dresses to the nines to perform the legendary works straight from the Kunstverein: the overture to Die Fledermaus, The Blue Danube and the Tritsch-Tratsch Polka. The fiery bow and precise baton of Victor Julien-Laferrière will guide these New Year's concerts, which are sure to dazzle you!
