William Harris "Bill" Stewart is an American jazz drummer, born in 1966 in Des Moines, Iowa. Stewart is a versatile instrumentalist who has played with many musicians, from Maceo Parker to Jim Hall. He is also a composer, and his "postmodern" jazz finds expression both with his own group and in his work as an accompanist.
