Blink-182

Blink-182 is an American pop punk band from Poway, California. Formed in 1992, the band currently consists of singer and guitarist Tom Delonge, singer and bassist Mark Hoppus, and drummer Travis Barker.

With their original drummer Scott Raynor and original singer-guitarist Tom DeLonge, the band recorded its first three albums in 1994 (under the name Blink), 1995, and 1997. The second album, Dude Ranch, achieved moderate success with approximately one million sales worldwide but helped the band gain recognition. After Raynor was replaced by Barker on drums, Blink-182 released its third album in 1999, Enema of the State. The single All the Small Things from this album then reached the top of the Alternative Songs chart, the American ranking of alternative rock songs most played on radio, and helped the band achieve international success. The album from which All the Small Things comes has sold 15 million copies worldwide; it is the band's sales record. In 2001, the band achieved its greatest commercial success with its fourth album, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, which topped album sales in the United States, Canada, and Germany. After their fifth self-titled album blink-182, the band split up in 2005.

The three members then worked on various music projects, including Angels & Airwaves founded by Tom DeLonge and +44 founded by Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker. The band announced its reformation in 2009 and released its sixth album, Neighborhoods, in 2011. In 2012, the band became independent following its separation from Interscope Records. Unable to make more than a few concerts and record a new album with his two colleagues, DeLonge was excluded from the band in early 2015.

He was replaced by Alkaline Trio founder Matt Skiba with whom the band recorded 2 albums: 'California' in 2016 and 'Nine' in 2019.

On October 11, 2022, the band announced the return of Tom Delonge, announcing Skiba's departure.
