China Moses

China Moses, or simply China, is an American singer and television presenter, born on 9 January 1978 in Los Angeles.

Fluent in both English and French, she rose to prominence with her debut album China, released in 1997. This was followed by the albums On tourne en rond (1999), Good Lovin (2004), This One's For Dinah (2009), Crazy Blues (2012), and Nightintales (2017).

She has also distinguished herself as a backing vocalist, songwriter, performer, and featured artist in numerous projects.

In the interim, she formed the group J-C-K with K-Reen and Jalane, with whom she performed the tracks Tout ce qu'on veut on K-Reen's album Dimension in 2001, On a tous péché on Jalane's eponymous album in 2002, and Le Mec parfait on Good Lovin' in 2004.

Alongside her music career, she has participated in film productions: La Princesse et la Grenouille (2009), Battle of the Year (2013), Lolo (2015), Make It Soul (2018), and Les Méchants (2021).

She has worked as a presenter on MTV France, a columnist for Canal +, a radio presenter, and a voice-over artist for the BET France television channel.
