About — The artist
Christian Rizzo, born in 1965 in Cannes, is a French choreographer, set designer, director and visual artist. He founded the Association Fragile in 1997, and has since created more than twenty choreographic pieces. From 2015 to 2024, he was the director of the Centre chorégraphique national Montpellier Occitanie, which he renamed ICI—CCN (Institut Chorégraphique International). He is an associate artist at CND - Centre National de la Danse for the years 2025 and 2026.
