About — The artist
Fronted by Amy Lee's operatic voice, Evanescence brought gothic metal into the global charts with "Fallen" (2003): "Bring Me to Life" and "My Immortal" marked an entire generation and earned the Arkansas band two Grammy Awards. Straddling symphonic rock, elegiac piano and heavy guitars, the group has built a body of work true to its dramatic identity, regularly reinvented on stage — including with an orchestra. Evanescence's Paris concerts bring together a loyal fanbase, for sets where Amy Lee's vocal power remains the main event.
