Papa Roach (pronounced in English: /ˈpæpə ˈɹoʊtʃ/, /ˈpɑːpə ˈɹəʊtʃ/) is an American alternative metal band from Vacaville, California, formed in 1993 by Jacoby Shaddix, Dave Buckner, Will James, and Ben Luther in the small North American town of Vacaville. By 2020, they had sold over 30 million albums according to Universal Music Group.
