About — The artist
Jared James Nichols (born 14 March 1989) is an American blues-rock guitarist and singer from East Troy, Wisconsin, best known for his highly energetic electric guitar style, "without a pick". He rarely plays without his Epiphone Les Paul Custom P90 with a single pickup, nicknamed Old Glory, or his original 1953 Gibson Les Paul, nicknamed Ole Red.
He leads a power trio under his own name, rooted in the early 1970s hard rock of Cream and Mountain. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
