Natasha St — Pier

Natasha St-Pier, whose real name is Natasha Saint-Pierre, born on February 10, 1981, in Bathurst, New Brunswick (Canada), is a Canadian singer and TV host, naturalised French. She has pursued most of her career in France.

She began her career very young in Canada, releasing her first single at 12 and then her first album titled Émergence at 15 in 1996. Her international career took off with the English version, in the United Kingdom and Canada, of the musical Notre-Dame de Paris, in which she played the character of Fleur-de-Lys.

In 2001, chosen by France 3, she represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Je n'ai que mon âme, with which she ranked 4th. Since then, she has gained considerable popularity, particularly in France, thanks to the success of her songs including Tu trouveras, Nos rendez-vous, Alors on se raccroche, Tant que c'est toi, Mourir demain, Un ange frappe à ma porte, Vivre d'amour. She has recorded duets (and trios) with Pascal Obispo, Florent Pagny, Mickaël Miro, Anggun, Élisa Tovati, Sonia Lacen, Grégory Turpin, Les Stentors, Les Petits Chanteurs à la croix de bois, Jean-Michel Di Falco, Roch Voisine, Tony Carreira, Michel Fugain, Grégoire, Florent Mothe, Hélène Segara, Vincent Niclo, Anne Sila, Véronique Jannot, Jonathan Roy, Didier Barbelivien among others. Furthermore, she was part of the Enfoirés troupe.

She is also a television and radio host in France and Belgium, having notably presented the variety show Les Chansons d'abord on France 3 in 2013-2014, commented on the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, and worked on AirZen Radio since 2021. She also participates in television shows as a judge (French selection for Eurovision, The Voice Belgique) and as a contestant, notably in Mask Singer on TF1, Les Traîtres on M6, and Danse avec les stars on TF1, which she won season 13 of in 2024. In 2015, she recorded the song l’Adieux for Puy Du Fou.
