Raul Midón (born March 14, 1966) is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist originally from New Mexico (USA) but residing in New York. His unique musical style blends numerous influences, including soul, jazz, folk, blues, R&B, and Latin music (notably flamenco and bossa nova). His songs, recorded in English or Spanish, are performed with his voice, sometimes reproducing instrument sounds with his mouth, and on guitar. He has collaborated with musicians from very diverse backgrounds, from Herbie Hancock to Snoop Dogg. He is a blind artist.
