About — The artist
Seven Spires is an American symphonic metal band founded in 2013 in Boston by guitarist Jack Kosto and vocalist Adrienne Cowan, who are the primary songwriters. The band debuted a year later with the EP The Cabaret of Dreams. With the permanent addition of bassist Peter de Reyna and drummer Chris Dovas, Seven Spires has released four studio albums. The first, Solveig, was independently produced. Subsequently, the band signed with Frontiers Music, releasing two additional studio albums, each accompanied by several music videos produced by EmVision Productions and distributed by Frontiers Music.
Seven Spires' music incorporates elements from numerous metal styles, including melodic death metal, black metal, and power metal. The band focuses on concept albums, usually set within the same fictional universe. Their albums have received strong reviews in independent circles, particularly for their musicianship, technicality, and emotional storytelling.
