About — The artist
The Wall is a British punk rock band, originally from Sunderland, in the North East of England. Formed in 1978, they were active until 1982. They released several records on Small Wonder Records, Fresh Records, No Future Records, and even Polydor Records. Its members included Ian Lowery (who left at the end of 1980 to form Ski Patrol and then The Folk Devils, The Ian Lowery Group, King Blank), as well as Andy Griffiths, Baz, Claire Bidwell (formerly of The Passions), Heed (Andy Forbes), and Rab Fae Beith (also in The Pack, UK Subs).
