Overview
At the heart of a night outside of time, the words of Victor Hugo rise, resonate and come alive. This artistic offering invites audiences to rediscover the power of poetry through a unique sensory experience, blending dance, music and theatre. Bodies dance what the speeches suggest, voices carry raw emotion, and music weaves an invisible thread between each spoken passage. This organic fusion of speech and movement forms a distinctive artistic signature, in which the breath of the text becomes gesture and the gesture becomes voice. For this exceptional 5th edition, the evening is enriched by guest artists who bring the singularity of their own worlds, alongside all the dancers of Théâtre du Corps gathered on stage. This Nuit de la Poésie is a journey, a suspended moment in which the arts come together to awaken the imagination.
