Airelle Besson & Lionel Suarez

Friday 13/11/2026 at 20:00 - Théâtre Michel Galabru All audiences The trumpet of Airelle Besson, Victoire du Jazz 2026 Instrumental Artist of the Year, and the accordion of Lionel Suarez converse in a duo of rare delicacy.

With their new album Blossom, they unfold an intimate, free and luminous music. When Airelle Besson's trumpet meets Lionel Suarez's accordion, music of rare self-evidence is born.

Between original compositions and improvisations, the two artists deploy a universe where delicacy vies with daring, where dancing melodies rub shoulders with moments of pure suspension.

A major figure in European jazz, Airelle Besson finds in Lionel Suarez an ideal partner, an unclassifiable musician who has opened the accordion to all horizons.

Their complicity, nourished by listening and freedom, gives birth to a concert driven by discreet virtuosity and an emotion that circulates naturally between the stage and the audience.

Two instrumental poets who cultivate the art of the duo in the most exquisite and sensitive manner. - Jazz Magazine PRACTICAL INFORMATION: Getting to Scène de Bayssan From the A9 motorway: exit no.
