Dans le Couloir
Genre: Theatre, suitable from age 11
A closed door, a son who no longer answers. In the flat, a couple waits, grows irritated, worries, tries to understand… and no longer knows how to keep going. Between the kitchen and the corridor, they talk, bicker, joke and fret. Should they knock, wait or insist? Every gesture becomes a stake, every silence an answer. With the tender, biting writing of Jean-Claude Grumberg, everyday scenes take on an unexpected dimension. Performed by Jean-Pierre Darroussin and Christine Murillo, this face-to-face blends humour and emotion and brings to the surface, beneath the ordinary, the full complexity of family ties.
