Dans le Couloir
Genre: Theatre, suitable from age 11
A closed door, a son who no longer answers. In the flat, a couple waits, grows irritated, worries, tries to understand… and no longer knows how to hold on. Between the kitchen and the corridor, they talk, get on each other's nerves, joke, and worry. Should they knock, wait, or insist? Every gesture becomes a stake, every silence an answer.
With the tender, biting writing of Jean-Claude Grumberg, everyday scenes take on an unexpected dimension. Carried by Jean-Pierre Darroussin and Christine Murillo, this face-to-face mixes humour and emotion and brings to the surface, behind the ordinary, all the complexity of family ties.
