Summary

Alix seems to have everything to be happy: a job she loves, a solid relationship, a future taking shape in New York. Until one summer evening, everything changes. A romantic evening that turns incomprehensible. In a few hours, Alix's life cracks, is shaken, imposes itself on her. Faced with Romain, her bewildered partner, Papini, her loving grandfather, a hesitant young doctor, and Claudia, a kind caregiver, Alix will have to confront what reason refuses to admit. Between tension and tenderness, humour and dizziness, Déni explores the fragility of our certainties, the power of reality when it arrives unannounced, and the unsuspected strength it takes to be reborn when everything collapses. A night that will forever transform a woman's destiny.
