From Ravel to Prokofiev, from Saint-Saëns to Tchaïkovski, this recital highlights their musical complicity, with a free, sensitive, and deeply vibrant approach. Between lyricism, virtuosity, and poetry, the two artists explore a repertoire they know intimately, with the simplicity and intensity that make for great chamber music evenings. Léonard Schreiber will soon record a new concerto by composer Alexey Shor with the “Kiev Virtuosi” orchestra under the direction of Dmitry Yablonsky for Naxos. PROGRAMME
