LES BICHONS Based on the hilarious journal of the Goncourt brothers, a comedy written and steeped in vitriol by Sylvain Beltran-Lamy with Patrick Préjean, Pierre Douglas and Sylvain Lamy Paris 1896 Edmond de Goncourt has not recovered from the death of his brother, Jules, 26 years ago. He is preparing his will, which will ensure their name for posterity. However, persistent signs lead him to believe the unthinkable. He feels his brother's presence by his side. Catastrophe! Nothing is going right! The servant, Eugène, tries to reason with him. He is completely overwhelmed by Monsieur de Goncourt's behaviour. The situation becomes uncontrollable and delirious for the servant.
The pen and the extraordinary personalities of the formidable Goncourt brothers will then take on their full dimension, as acidic as they are hilarious!
Misunderstandings upon misunderstandings, a piece of advice: hold on tight! Nothing and no one will stop these two legendary brothers during their lifetime... and perhaps even after their death!
