Oum Pa pa ! Opus 2

OUM PA PA! OPUS 2 The dazzling encounter between the most popular of instruments and classical music, in a show full of humour and poetry! Oum Pa Pa!

Opus 2 is a musical show performed by a bold all-female quartet, in which the accordion begins to dream of opera and rubs shoulders with "grande musique".

A unique instrumental encounter for a dream recital, where Bizet rubs shoulders with Yann Tiersen and Tchaikovsky brushes up against Piazzolla.

, a nod to the three beats of the waltz, sends the classical accordion whirling through surprising tableaux, surrounded by two flutes, viola and, at times, piccolos.

The high-flying technique of the four musicians, graduates of the great national conservatoires, serves rich, warm and tender scores. In them they reveal a delightful fantasy with meticulously choreographed movement, somewhere between tango, opera arias and Russian ballets.

Classical music to savour with a smile on your lips and a joyful spirit! A show created by L'Ensemble D'Cybèles. Directed by Philippe Lafeuille. Lighting design and technical direction by Armand Coutant.
