Anton Chekhov is, however, the author of more than 500 stories and novellas; for Russians, he is a Molière combined with Maupassant.
So come and laugh with the characters and adventures in these seven very short stories adapted for the stage, which the young medical student, Anton Chekhov, sent to newspapers to finance his studies.
These are all tender and ironic glances at the human condition that prefigure the talent of the future author of "La mouette", "La cerisaie" and other masterpieces of world theatre. Directed by: Philippe Boyaire, Nathan Houzé, Yana Grigoreva.
