Overview
Music drives hatred out of those who are without love. The words of Pablo Casals are immortal. The Salle Gaveau joins the Prades festival for an evening honouring the Catalan pacifist cellist, whose 150th anniversary is celebrated in 2026. As guest of honour, Edgar Moreau performs the most luminous of Bach's suites before joining a quartet of young talents from the Casals festival in a Schubertian peak: the quintet for two cellos.
A concert placed under the sign of transmission and the intergenerational power of music.
