Music chases out hate in those without love. The words of Pablo Casals are immortal. Salle Gaveau joins with the Prades Festival for an evening tribute to the Catalan pacifist cellist, whose 150th anniversary is celebrated in 2026.
Special guest Edgar Moreau performs Bach's most luminous cello suite before joining a quartet of young talents from the Casals festival in a Schubert summit: the quintet for two cellos. A concert dedicated to transmission and the intergenerational power of music.
