Grès

Grès tells the story of an ordinary man, a security guard in a shopping centre, whose daily life gradually shifts towards involvement in a social movement.

Between work, family life and occupied roundabouts, his voice traces the rise of an intimate anger, fuelled by the injustices and misunderstandings of the world around him. Through this sensitive and embodied narrative, the show explores how personal anger can become collective.

A sober and powerful theatrical form, carried by the intense performance of actor Manu Matte and the live music of multi-instrumentalist Valentin Durup, based on a hard-hitting text by Guillaume Cayet.
