Overview
Lescop brings his coldwave and pop rock universe to the Parisian stage of La Gaîté Lyrique.
Lescop is a French singer-songwriter associated with the coldwave and pop rock movements. Originally from Châteauroux and active for several years, the artist became known to the public with the release of a self-titled debut album in 2012, marked by the track La Forêt. His music draws on the post-punk aesthetics of the 1980s while incorporating contemporary pop structures, carried by French lyrics delivered with intensity.
On stage, the project takes the form of a direct set in which the bass and drum machines support the interpreter's distinctive voice. The concerts on this tour are aimed at fans of independent music and dark synthetic sounds. This date at La Gaîté Lyrique is part of the programming of the Parisian venue dedicated to contemporary music.
