Overview
Orange Blossom is simply unclassifiable. Under the impetus of its leader Carlos Robles Arenas, the group crafts pieces nourished by a blend of electronic music, trip-hop, oriental sounds, and rhythms drawn from Turkish, Egyptian, Malian, Senegalese, and Cuban traditions.
Ten years after the success of Ya Sidi, which became a hit with over 50 million streams, Orange Blossom made a grand return in 2024 with Spells From the Drunken Sirens. This album is magnificently carried by Syrian singer Maria Hassan.
Her voice and raw interpretation tell tales of exile and resilience, celebrating cultural diversity.
On stage, the group, endorsed by Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin, takes us on a journey between a wild dancefloor, massive basslines, and meditative lyricism, without the slightest contradiction. For nearly 30 years, Orange Blossom has occupied a unique place on the global music map.
