Overview
Il Pomo d’Oro Pene Pati, tenor Antonello Paliotti, conducting and guitar. Arias and songs by Eduardo di Capua, Francesco Paolo Tosti, Raffaele Calace…
Pene Pati is one of those singers capable of standing alongside his illustrious predecessors. To complete the picture of that legacy, one arrow was still missing from the quiver of this tenor, loved by all: a full programme of Neapolitan songs. That gap has now been filled with Serenata a Napoli, released on disc in 2025. A concentrated burst of vocal fireworks and pure emotion, brought to the stage for a landmark recital, as every one of Pene Pati’s evenings in Bordeaux tends to be.
