Overview
A deep voice of incredible softness. Intricately crafted melodies, all in chiaroscuro. Piers Faccini creates nomadic and mixed folk-blues music, blending Mediterranean sounds with influences from around the world.
Since his debut, Piers Faccini has established himself as an authentic and creative artist, drawing inspiration from the fringes of cultures and languages, through encounters with musicians from diverse backgrounds such as Vincent Segal, Ibrahim Maalouf, and Ballaké Sissoko.
Today, in the age of AI, the artist wonders: what if the real revolution was to continue writing like humans?
In his upcoming album This Being Human, expected in 2027, he counters the algorithm with the beauty of imperfections, of hand-woven melodies and words, like a manifesto for a resolutely living song.
Accompanied by a string trio, he passionately pleads, using the perfect formula: his own compositions as a riposte, celebrating humanity and the poetry of its infinite flaws.
