As the first event of the season, our SPOT ¡ musiques aujourd'hui ! on Saturday 10 October at 12pm at the Marché des Douves will pay tribute to our friend François Rossé, and we hope many of you will join us to share his music.

- 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰̧𝗼𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲́ 🗓️ Saturday 10 October 2026 from 12pm to 12:30pm 📍 Marché des Douves, Bordeaux ℹ️ Free, open entry The Alsatian composer François Rossé had made his home in Aquitaine for several decades, and it is a long-standing companion of Proxima Centauri who passed away on 4 September 2026 at the age of 81.
This first SPOT of the 2026-2027 season is dedicated to him and is the first in a series of musical tributes that will be paid to him throughout the season.
This SPOT takes place in partnership with the association O’bord du jeu, which is taking over the Marché des Douves all weekend with its festival L’Archipel ludique Festival dedicated to games in all their forms, a theme and title that François Rossé could well have claimed for his music!

20 minutes of performance followed by a discussion in an unusual venue: SPOT ¡ musiques aujourd’hui ! reinvents the concert through discovery and encounters between contemporary music artists and the public.
Scheduled on Saturdays at precisely midday, the SPOT events allow audiences to discover new musical writing and meet the artists in the convivial setting of the Marché des Douves café. Proxima Centauri invit
