Chris de Burgh or CdeB, whose real name is Christopher John Davison, is a British-Irish singer and musician born on October 15, 1948, in Venado Tuerto, Argentina.
He has recorded sixteen studio albums and several live albums, performed over 2,500 concerts worldwide, and sold more than forty million albums, yet remains little known in the United States.
Chris resides in Ireland in County Wicklow (south of Dublin) with his wife Diane and their children Rosanna Davison — Miss World 2003 —, Michael, and Hubie.
