About — The artist
Exhorder is an American thrash metal band, from New Orleans, Louisiana, formed during the 1980s. Its members are sometimes regarded as pioneers of the sound and style known as groove metal (also called post-thrash or US power metal). The band split up ten years after forming. Afterwards, singer Kyle Thomas joined Floodgate, Alabama Thunderpussy and Trouble. The band released an album in 2019, Mourn the Southern Skies, which was very well received by critics.
