Marc Lavoine, born on 6 August 1962 in Longjumeau (Essonne), is a French singer, lyricist, and actor.
He achieved his first success in 1984 with the song Pour une biguine avec toi, and his second the following year with Elle a les yeux revolver. He has released 13 studio albums.
He has also made a name for himself in cinema, notably starring in L'Enfer, Le Cœur des hommes, and Si c'était lui..., as well as in television series such as Pause café, Crossing Lines, and Kepler(s).
