About — The artist
The Hu (styled The HU, sometimes The Hu Band, in Mongolian: Хү) is a Mongolian metal band formed in 2016 in Ulaanbaatar. By including traditional instruments, such as the morin khuur, as well as khöömii (throat singing), the band calls their musical genre "hunnu rock", hu being a Mongolian root word for human.
