About — The artist
The Hu (stylised The HU, sometimes The Hu Band, in Mongolian: Хү) is a Mongolian metal band formed in 2016 in Ulaanbaatar. By incorporating traditional instruments, such as the Morin khuur, as well as khöömii (throat singing), the band calls their musical genre "hunnu rock", with 'hu' being a Mongolian root word for human.
