Overview
On stage, a wall becomes at once a climbing surface, a projection screen and a playground for the mind. Blending vertical dance, circus, stand-up and video, the performer delivers a hybrid solo that is both funny and dizzying.
A contemporary reworking of her solo Amour au temps d’Ikea, created in 2011, this new version anchors the question of identity in a world now governed by digital flows. Clinging to the wall as if it were an interface, the artist engages with her doubles, confronts her multiplied image and asks what we are becoming in the age of hyper-personalisation. Why this avalanche of targeted adverts? Am I faithful to my online profile? Her stage language explores, with subtlety, the tensions between individual freedom and algorithmic conditioning. A playful, punchy and resolutely current show, where physical virtuosity meets critical thinking.
Part of the International Biennale of Circus Arts 2027.
