My fierce ignorant step

Through minimalist and precise writing, a plural body moves forward. Breath guides the gesture, transforming it into rhythm, sound and continuous pulsation. Gradually, the dance spreads like a wave, both controlled and carefree. Drawing on the influence of Mikis Theodorakis's monumental work Axion Esti, set to a poem by Odysseas Elytis, the piece explores less the music itself than the intimate and collective landscapes it brings to the surface. Facing a present marked by political and environmental uncertainties, My Fierce Ignorant Step reactivates that primal energy: the energy of daring, of desire, of trust in the collective. A piece driven by a simple and essential question: how can we find again, today, that primal force of moving forward?
